Most of our in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. For custom upholstery or larger furniture pieces, please allow 6-10 weeks for production and delivery.

Do you offer white-glove delivery services?

Yes, we offer white-glove delivery for an additional fee on all large furniture items. This includes room-of-choice placement, assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.

What is your return policy for home decor?

We accept returns on non-furniture items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition and packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to certain categories.

Are your wood products sustainably sourced?

How can I track the status of my shipment?

Once your order departs our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule a convenient delivery window.
