At Forom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece isn't the right fit for your space, we offer a 30-day return window for most items in original condition.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective packaging and boxes to ensure they are shielded from damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a freight pickup for oversized furniture.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees, within 5-7 business days.
